This notice describes information collected through the LumeSage Care website for U.S. patients considering planned care in China. LumeSage Care provides navigation and coordination, not medical care, insurance or emergency services.
The public inquiry form asks for your name, email, country of residence, city of interest and the type of coordination you are seeking. The form also records that you requested a response. The optional AI planning guide has no free-text field; when you select a prewritten question, that question and public service information are sent through our server to Xiaomi MiMo to generate a general response. Do not use it to share health or identifying information. The generated response is not medical advice. Do not submit diagnoses, medical records, passport numbers or other sensitive health information in the public form.
We use inquiry details to respond, understand the requested service, coordinate an initial conversation and maintain operational records. If a provider review may be appropriate, we will explain a separate record-transfer process before requesting medical documents.
Authorized LumeSage personnel and service providers supporting website hosting, CRM and communications may process inquiry information to provide these functions. Access should be limited to people who need it for the inquiry. We do not sell public-form information.
Information is retained for as long as needed to handle the inquiry, meet operational needs and comply with applicable requirements. To request access, correction or deletion, email lk@langhuiai.com and identify the email address used in your inquiry. We may need to verify the request.
Please do not send health records by ordinary email or the public form. If information must be shared with a hospital or service provider in China, we will explain the purpose and transfer route and request your direction before proceeding.
