What LumeSage Care does

LumeSage Care provides patient navigation and non-clinical coordination for people exploring planned medical services in Beijing, Shanghai and Shenzhen. We may help organize questions, provider communications, appointments, travel logistics, interpretation and return-home document handoff when these are included in a written service scope.

What we do not provide

We are not a hospital, physician, healthcare provider, insurer or emergency service. We do not diagnose, prescribe, determine eligibility, recommend a clinical treatment or guarantee provider acceptance, appointment dates, prices, outcomes or reimbursement. Those decisions belong to licensed providers and the patient.

Provider review and estimates

Travel or treatment planning should follow review by the receiving provider. Hospital estimates, clinical charges, availability and treatment plans may change based on examination, tests and individual circumstances. Coordination charges are separate from hospital charges unless a written quote expressly combines them.

Membership and community

Membership may provide education, navigation and moderated community access as described in the plan presented to you. It does not include medical care, insurance, guaranteed hospital access or individualized medical advice. Do not share identifiable health information in community discussions.

Fees, cancellation and travel

Before payment, we will provide the agreed service inclusions, fees, payment recipient, cancellation terms and any disclosed partner relationship in writing. You are responsible for confirming travel documents, insurance coverage and local follow-up with appropriate authorities, insurers and clinicians.

Emergencies

If you may be experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or seek emergency care locally. Do not delay urgent treatment to contact this website.
