Questions before you travel
Who decides which tests I should have?
The receiving clinician reviews suitability and explains the options, risks and alternatives. You can decide after that discussion.
Can I bring a companion?
Ask for room arrangements, meals, local transport and any additional charges for your companion in the written estimate.
How do I share medical records?
Start with the contact form. If a provider needs records, ask who will receive them, for what purpose and through which protected channel. Keep records out of this form and ordinary email.
What if my plans change?
Ask who handles cancellations, deadlines, non-refundable items and refunds. Wait for written terms before arranging non-refundable travel.
